What are your charges?
Our standard hourly charge is $95 plus GST.

Our minimum charging period is one hour.

When are your phone lines open?
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Are any discounts available?
Unfortunately, no.

Is there a callout fee to pay?
No. We do not charge a callout fee of any kind.

Do you charge for traveling time?
No, we don't charge for traveling time (unless the job is outside Wellington City/Hutt Valley/Porirua) - only the time spent by the engineer working on your computer is chargeable.

Are your engineers fully qualified?
Yes. Our technicians are highly experienced and fully qualified. They have been carefully selected and all have spent many years working in the IT industry.

Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is fully guaranteed. All components are supplied new and covered by a full twelve months parts and labour warranty.

Can I limit the booking to one hours' work?
Yes, you can choose to limit the booking to one hour and the engineer will do his very best to complete the work within the agreed time.

If a repair takes only forty minutes, will I have to pay for a full hour?
Our minimum charging period is one hour. If the repair is completed in less time than this, the engineer will offer to stay for the remaining time to carry out a general PC health check.

Following the initial hour, any additional time is charged in blocks of 30 minutes.

Do you repair laptops?
Yes.

Do you repair printers?
Yes.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, cheque or direct credit. Payments are receipted if requested.
